This is a circular-shaped bag, crafted from dark green vegetable-tanned leather, designed for travel or storage. Its form is reminiscent of hat-carrying cases from the late Victorian era, when such bags were made from leather to protect hats during journeys.
The bag can be carried by a padded handle, lending a masculine aesthetic, secured with antique brass metal square rings. It fastens with two metal clasp locks in the same antique brass finish as the rivets. The interior is unlined, featuring natural, high-quality suede leather in the same dark green hue as the exterior. The chosen leather is 3.8 mm thick vegetable-tanned leather, known for its durability. Thanks to the superior quality of the leather and its thoughtful design, the bag is highly resistant to pressure and impact, offering excellent protection for headphones and more.
It is entirely handmade, featuring saddle-stitched construction with waxed, heavy-duty thread in a matching tone. The design is unique and my own creation, crafted in Germany with leather sourced from Italy. This piece is exceptionally harmonious, seamlessly fitting into any collection as a vintage or modern accessory. It exudes a sophisticated and refined air for whoever carries it.
Care is simple: with its ability to age gracefully, this leather develops a beautiful antique patina over time, adding character to the piece. Any minor scratches from use can be easily buffed out with a soft cloth.
